Who we are

What Viarrivo does

Viarrivo is a travel search site. You enter a route or a rental location, and we send you to one of our booking partners to see results and book. We don't take bookings or payments, and you don't create an account with us.

What data we process

Search details. The places, dates, number of travellers and driver age you enter are processed in your browser and passed to the partner site you choose to open. We don't store them.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, [Netlify / Vercel], automatically records technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for [retention period set by host].

Emails. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when they're no longer needed.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or social media plugins. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading the page doesn't send your data to font providers.

When you go to a booking partner

Search buttons and trip links open our partners' websites in a new tab. Those links contain a tracking code so the partner can tell that you came from Viarrivo. If you book, the partner may pay us a commission. This doesn't change your price.

Once you're on a partner's site, that partner is responsible for your data, including any cookies it sets and the details you give when booking. Please read their privacy policy. Our partners are [list partners once approved, with links to their privacy policies].

Who receives data
